How we work: Design & Process
01. We Design
We conduct a thorough analysis of the site’s history and physical properties. Once the surveys are complete and we’ve collaborated with you to finalize a detailed, project-specific brief with clear objectives and goals, we move into the concept design phase. Here, we assess your existing space and develop solutions that align with your vision and aspirations.
02. We Plan
After finalizing the concept design, we dive into the detailed design phase. This involves refining every aspect of the project to ensure all technical, aesthetic, and functional requirements are met. During this stage, we prepare precise drawings and specifications, integrating structural elements, materials, and systems to create a cohesive plan ready for approval and execution.
03. We Execute
With the designs approved, we transition to the project execution phase. Our team collaborates with contractors and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. We actively monitor progress, addressing any challenges promptly, and aligning every detail with the original vision and objectives.
04. We Support
As the construction nears completion, we conduct comprehensive inspections to ensure every aspect meets the agreed-upon standards and specifications. Once satisfied, we hand over the project, providing full documentation and post-completion support to ensure a smooth transition and long-term satisfaction for our clients.
